Manufactured in our mills in Nepal and India.
Hand-knotted rugs are true investments, possessing a high resale value, lasting through generations. This is the strongest, most durable construction method in existence.
The Warp thread runs though the rug from end to end. The pile is tied into the warp threads using traditional knots. The artisans individually ties each knot, row by row, at up to 150 knots per inch. A weft thread is then tied between the rows of knots to tightly compact the rows together, producing a very dense and strong rug that will withstand many years of hard use. These are true works of art, produced by our highly skilled artisans.
You can select from the below densities, according to your needs: Fine (60 knots per sq. inch), Very fine (80 knots per sq. inch), Ultra fine (100 knots per sq. inch) and Exquisite (150 knots per sq. inch)
