Hand tufted rugs are meticulously created in our mill in China without any limitations in size or shape. Tufting is a technique that involves punching yarn through a base fabric backing. Our artists produce a CAD drawing based on the design that you choose. That pattern is then transferred to the fabric backing, which guides the crafters as they tuft the actual rug. When tufting process is finished, a sturdy secondary backing is applied with latex glue. The rug then goes through the finishing process, which involves shearing, carving, tip shearing and edge finishing according to your custom specifications.

Pile Options: include any combination of the following: Cut pile, standard loop, needle point and petit point.
Fibers:
wool, bamboo, silk, or artificial silk (processed cotton which looks and feels like silk)
Custom Colors: We will custom dye our yarns to match the colors that you submit, either from fabrics, wall paper, poms or from the Benjamin Moore 1600 classic color fan deck.
Once you select your design, our artists will produce a custom CAD rendering for your approval within 1 week.
Our rugs are manufactured in safe and healthy working environments. All labor is performed by adults who receive fair wage for their work.
